The greatest error i've ever done in my life is by enquiring about this anticipate. the salesmen are so discourteous, additionally they don't think about the ownership date, God ability r they going to offer this anticipate. The business official is arrogant to the point that he had verging on utilized foul words for me. I will see to it wherever they do social crusade I will compose surveys in there.

This is the one of the punes builder and that builder makeing the cheap land but when I was know about the offer of this ACE AUGUSTA IN THE HInjewadi offer is the best and good qualitys .i also one of the plot but but the same thing is happen in the that plot making are very good decorated in the society every where in the garden also making in the good plot

first of all when I was enqury doing that time they told me thier rate so I am so suprise becouse its a very cheap price of the plot so I told that builder is the showing his propety and I was a ssurpise price is so chep and land also but the plot is so good decorated and so nice galary making in that plot, . I love this the proprty of the hinjewadi . so nice plot and planing

I have mentioned the above statement because the Plan and the areas of the project are not good. They aim at lands where it is cheap. But what they offer is not cheap and the development of those areas are quiet late.

The facilities what they provide is ok not bad. But the time of completion of their project is late as I have purchased one they  didn't complete that in the real time and they took more time to complete it. The quality of the materials what they use is not bad.

The biggest mistake i've ever done in my life is by enquiring about this project. the sales people are so rude, also they don't know about the possession date, God know's how r they going to sell this project. The sales executive is so arrogant that he had almost used foul words for me. I will see to it wherever they do social campaign I will write reviews in there.

First of all they have only stand alone building with basic amenities even swimming pool is not there. They are not ready to talk over the phone
