I Purchased Aashrithaa Venus county 1st phase @1300 on 2014 as on today 2017 FEB people offering me to buy @1900 . I will keep my site few More years because lot of homes developments happening and Jegini now became Corporation. Since 2012 I know aashrithaa they are not promised us swimming pool or club House at venus county .they made development Normol Thar Roads they given we are happy with aashrithaa.

They basically work as marketing agents and claim that they have partnerships with developers. One of the layouts which they marketed was Kemp City in Chandapura. The things they promised were Sophisticated club house with swimming pool, round the clock security, sewage treatment plant, Jogging tracks, Children's play area, Meditation hall.

If you go today, none of this is in place. There is not even a proper demarcation of lands. When you question Aashritha properties, they still keep saying it will be done. Same reply for the past 7 years and nothing on the ground. If you ask them sternly, they expect you to contact the builder than question them.

One off the best seller in Aashrithaa Properties - Bangalore, am I bought some in land in Bangalore its amazing price and I booked a land, in the price was very low and in the regeneration fee was very low and surrounding environment was very nice and looking very near city and its customer services was very nice and Staff Courtesy also was is very nice then totally best and lowest price properties in Aashrithaa Properties only.
