Worst management team, they dont care of anyone. water problem is everyday no body responds moreover they charge extra for water and still don't provide water, its a basic need of human but they treat human as animals. Dogs, monkeys, peagons, honeybees in society all over likea pet of society.

Donot buy or rent here if its free also.

I want to share my experience as i have stayed in this house for some time.. the house will seem all good and nice to see. But there is no sunlight absolutely whatsoever and because of which all your clothes and bags will smell of fungusand also they will rot with white fungus and there is also a small bug which bit all my new clothes in wardrobe. There is no parking and owner shibu will always strip you off any advance you give no matter how much you give. Dont take this house.. you will fall ill ever frequently because it has fungus and also because vasthu is wrong because it is south facing

One of the best flat with lots of extra space to spend free time,

as such I love construction. swimming pool, recreation area and parking all commandable and rate are reasonable.

I was staying here as a tenant for 3 years. In spite so many negative comments, I found the team very supporting. They are nice to my aged parents and my two kids.

Now planning to buy a flat here on the 9th floor.

Developer has no money to pay its vendor for the materials they have procured. Always some silly reason to avoid payments.

I have paid full price for my apartment in aakruti amity in 2014 and they have not given possession even after 5 years. I have lodged a complaint against them in consumer court. Any one can check it by going to the state commission of Karnataka web site . Complaint number 253 in year 2017. They will promise you everything before taking money and then deliver nothing . They told me that the apartment was ready to move in and took full amount. I am still paying the EMI for the apartment . IF YOU CALUE YOUR MONEY THEN RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

I was a renter here for two years. Worst experience.poor quality of material used. The administration is equally bad. Have heard horror stories of security and cleaning stuff not getting paid for months. No wonder you will see faces change every two-three months. No gym or swimming pool as advertised either. Lot of street dogs around and seeing dog poop in the corridor is not shocking after the first few months. Only positive thing is there was no water issue when we stayed here.

Worst Apartment I have ever seen! There is water problem, electricity problem, management is very bad. Let me write down my case. I moved here as tenant to the flat number: C803, the construction is going on here and we are the only available tenant on that floor. The corridor was not completed and full of stones and bricks. pipes are still coming out. However, the owner told that the construction would be completed with 3/4 months and thats why we have taken this flat and we thought we would adjust for 3/4 months, but after moving out there I heard that the construction has totally stopped and the management doesn't know when the construction will start. We had struggled over there almost 8 months and while leaving the apartment, the caretaker over there named RIYAZ has deducted my money(approx. 6000) for the water charges whereas it was not been notified to me that water charges would be beared by the tenant. After leaving the apartment, when I asked for the money, they didn't pick the calls. They have eaten my 6000 rupees. Another caretaker over there named GANESH is totally careless. If you call him and ask for repair work, he will never pick the call 2nd time. If you complain to the management over there, nobody will do anything. The owner is also very much IRRESPONSIBLE! I have complained to the Police Station and when police called the owner, he didn't pick the call. So Police also gave up! I never got my money back! So my suggestion is that never ever go to this apartment. God bless those who has already moved to this apartment!

I was one of the first customers to buy an apartment in Aakruti Amity. Water enters into our apartment from clogged outlet pipes. The water pipes are not cleaned regularly. Almost every apartment in Aakruti has a leaking water pipe. Water gets soaked in the false ceilings in the bathrooms.

The builders have not allocated parking lots to people who have even bought an apartment in 2009.

The management staff never respond to phone calls or mails.

Construction is going on and on since 2008. Don't know when it will be over.

I seriously repent buying this apartment.

It is anything but difficult to go as there is no movement issue around there, where this Bangalore city is surely understood for activity, I spend my weekends with no unsettling influence, one more strength of this loft is it has more open region for every one of the exercises.

I have been to numerous undertakings on rent before purchasing the level here, no where you can get 100% impeccably finished venture with no issue.

I am a resident @ Aakruti amity, it has been very long since I moved in, But I am making the most of my stay here, I like every aspects of this apartment.

As I am working in wipro its very near to my work place I can reach my office within 15 min, so far every weekend I like to be at my flat and I enjoy indoor games, gym overall I like the service and campus, spacious ground for my children to play, a great place to enjoy with ur family, aakruti amity isn't just a flat, it has been a part of my life .

I heard about Apcons Aakruti amity from my friend, and accordingly, me too choose a nice flat @ Aakruti amity in dec 2012.

I booked a flat, the interior decoration has been done in a unique style, the design of the flat is eye catchy, the balcony is spacious and well designed as well they were delayed, rather than that rest of the things about the quality of Constructionguru30 and service by staffs has reached my expectation, today I really feel satisfied with this flat .I recommend my friends too have a flat with Aakruti amity .

I have booked a flat through my friend who is residing there. He referred me after a good service from the team. I think its a good project to reside. Even though there are some issues in the workmanship the service and quality compare to my previous so called

A class builder it is far better. I am happy but they have to improve in their attitude. I also saw some bad reviews in the beginning. Might be they have changed or what so ever, I m getting my flat in a month as it is almost done. I am lucky.

Even am an owner of a flat in the same project, it is a good project which is far from noise and dust pollution,  it is very easy to travel as there is no traffic problem in this area, where this Bangalore city is well known for traffic, I spend my weekends without any disturbance, one more specialty of this apartment is it has more open area for  all the activities.

I have been to many projects on rent before buying the flat here, no where  you can get 100% perfectly completed project without any problem, though it is worth enough getting a 3 BHK house for 45 lacs, that too without common walls, about the customer service many of the builders wont pick up the calls of the customers.

But here they directly sit with us for the meetings and when ever me or my family people will call they pick up and speak even at 10 pm in the night which makes me  to feel my family will b safe in my absence also, now-a-days  people don't have time for spend with family and shopping and to rest, I think its not a big problem not having the amenities as it is a on going project.

But then also they are providing us the basic amenities like security, water supply, power back up, cleaning the common areas and all without collecting maintenance from most of the residents. guys go ahead if anyone wants to buy BMRDA approved flat in a good rate. and to feel comfortable wen u r not in town also.

Iam intending to buy an apartment in south Bangalore around electronic city, so in this process came across a broker who referred me this AAkruti AMITY.

As I came across this review by one of my friend as he stays in Hosur . So I am actually in shock after reading this reviews. Is this review real as I am informed that there are many customer who have already got possession.

So are they facing same problem? because reading this comment my curiosity has grown 100 times....as I am almost on the verge of paying Booking amount.

Mr. hari & MR. Krishnaban I request you to help me by giving your opinion , as I am actually planning to visit THIS site .....in short period.

SriAakruti Amity, Anantha Nagar phase-2, is one of the worst apartment I have seen in my life.

We  book the flat in 2007, they promised us the Flat with amenities June 2009.  in 2010 December I got the possession. Even today (Nov 16th 2012) the construction is going on, They have not provided any promised amenities. Apart from this we have to suffer from dust and noise.

The amenities areas they have loaded in the apartment super built up areas, even 1700 sqft flat is having only 2 BHKs. 250 sqft extra area they  loaded (apart from common areas). We paid money for that extra area, after 5 years also, those amenities are not done. Most of the big projects are completing in 3 years, but these creatures took more than 6 years to not even half done.

The quality of construction is so pathetic, bath room ceilings are leaking, the taps already broken (with in a year) . the aluminum, windows provided are so low quality. Lift condition is pathetic. Some of the deep areas left to install another lift are not closed.

One Idiot person is there in this apartment, his Name is Vithal S Patel, this Idiot is mentioning him as Director,  he does not have any speaking mannerisms.  He and one person his name is Tarun Chaudary they are most corruptive, they are taking extra money for registrations also.

I do not know for this kind of company how the government body is issuing ISO certificate. with ISO certificate they are cheating the people.

At least now the Board of Directors, should wake up and through these BasXXXXXX (Vithal S Patel and Tarun Chaudary) out of this place to maintain the quality.

Dear friends, these kind filthy people are there in Aakruti Amity, Be careful while buying the Flats in Bangalore.

Well, I am sorry to say, but it's been pathetic service by Aakruti amity Bangalore. They don't know what is customer service means. All matters is they follow very good process while getting money (they call it as ISO 9001) after that nothing. Very low quality interiors and lot of issues like leakages, worst painting.

List will go on. What makes worst is they are not in sync with each other and don't care for customer. They do what they think right. Never listens to customer. Think twice before buying it.
