Badly cheated by this company. They did lots of cheating:
Took black money by saying that this amount will be paid to the stamp duty and registration. But in the draft they wrote they they are paying it so 4 lakh black money by misguiding.
After completion lots of issue in walls and paintings.
Cracks, and leakage in all the plumbings. Kitchen entire wall. Bedroom wall and washrooms.
Plumbing item was not properly fitted.
No backup for the lift.
No play area while in they committed that they will provide play ground.
No parking. They said they will allot parking.
Door furniture and doors are of very low quality.
Behavior changed 100% comparing to the time of booking. blaming on others for the issues while we did no even entered into the flat.
Misguided about Roads and locality as well.
Be aware do not book any flat in this plan. If going to book then do ask to write everything in the agreement otherwise half of the amenities will be gone.
Also take receipt of all the amount. Do not pay cash.
