If there was option to give rating in minus I would have done that. We visited ark cloudcity for the purchase of 2bhk flat and on our first visit we liked one flat which was on 4 floor and we decided to move towards finalization and close deal and informed same to Praveen ( project manager) and sales person surendra and ajay as well and they asked us to come on Saturday that 11 July 2020 for negotiation and finalization . As discussed we visited today that is 11 July 2020 and met surendra and revisited property and surendra deliberately showed other units knowing our liking and then we went for discussion during discussion we were informed that flat which we were interested is already sold out and payment has been made by some other customer

We were in continuous discussion with surendra and ajay till 11 July 20 morning till we reached ark cloudcity and even with Praveen but none of them informed that unit is sold and made us to travel 14kms and later Praveen was defending that surendra was not knowing .they think customer are stupid and they can fool out customer so I feel cheated and still don't know the internal communication please don't trust these guys and check thousand times before making decision as I believe they are cheaters and not worthy for trust

Worst experience ever...

Don't rent an apartment here.. they promise u something and u will end up on streets. Rude behaviour by management team and no one gets the seriousness of ur problem. Pay more and rent in much better place.

One of the most fraud builder of bangalare, never trust them, they are thieves, even take money in cash, they ve extremely bad plans of building lot of flats in a small area, no scope of visitor parking, water availability will be a major problem in coming days as ground water already depleting, they ve common walls and already cracks are coming.

Far better projects are there in the nearby area go for it.

I select this builder because of friend. I book my flat to Ark builder in bangalore and fully paid my payment and after all. The builder build a flat for me.  And when the flat is ready he called me and tell that sir your flat is ready.  When I visit their to see the flat I was really surprised the material that builder uses is very worst and in kitchen the wall is likage with water. the quality they provide is not such good that I pay a lot to him after all he said the material was good but I can see what he done with my flat.  Now I rebuilding my flat with proper good material. Poor service providers are builder while it take a lots of money .

I have heard about this developers.

Getting work done from them is a real headache. As above comment I totally agree with him. They will do all false promises and delay the work like anything. Esp civil work related to plumbing, carpentry and electric work. They really make you run behind them, they don't even pick calls after the agreement.

Getting work done from them is a real hard. They dont even give any respect to you whether you are men or women. Esp my friend is a girl she was telling they even scolded her.

The projects are really good but don't get fantasised by their words they are real cheaters when it comes to work. They will just forget you once you get the agreement done and they will start abuse language also.

I have booked a flat at Ark Serene County project by Ark Builders. It is still under construction, but responses from their marketing and execution team has forced me to write this review. When you approach them to book a flat, they will make big-big promises and once you have signed agreement then real journey full of pain and agony will start. They do not mention project completion date in agreement. Each new agreement has a different timeline for project completion. Agreement is totally one sided with lot of penalties and very less compensation to buyers. They are not keeping the promises which they made at the time of booking.

They are very rude, harsh and irresponsible to their customers. To get minor modifications from them in your flat you have to follow up with them 4-5 times.They keep changing their electrical and plumbing plans. There is no clarity on anything. If you ask something over phone you will never get a response. If you meet them they will start playing pass the buck game, and you will be chasing their different departments - marketing, civil, contractors and management to get reply for small-small queries.

Will update this review after 6-8 months as project progresses.

My advice would be before booking a flat with them ask them to give everything in written.
