Primarily because there are some parameters on which you decide which dealer to go with and the foremost of them is experience, AB Corporation is certainly not a very experienced group that you want to go, it has only been operating since 2014 and why would you want to go with it when you have better dealers. In addition to it the area of operation is restricted, it does not even spread nicely in the NCR. It will be not a good decision to choose them for making your dream comes true. They have no good sites available and required a huge amount to get a good property. May be their main focus is always on money. That’s why they do not think what the customer need and budget.

The site they show is far away from the city and need construction for about 2 years to complete. I have given interest in their plan and only found losses there is no additional benefits and their hidden clauses will make you cry. So think twice while visiting them.

I have mentioned this from my own personal experience with this builder.

This builder aims at only money. The projects they are offering are quiet far away from the city. Hence buying plot in such areas is not good because the development and profit you generate is very slow in such areas. Hence I don't prefer this.

The project plan is also not proper and is not in a well organised way. The time invested on the project for the completion is also very much. Hence I prefer you to go to a better developer.

AB construction is well known name in south delhi with so many completed buildings in south delhi area.

As a property dealer I know them very well they are very good in nature and also do their work honestly and sincerely.

If they do any collaboration the owner get fully satisfied . they provide all information about the project all in advance to the owner of the building.
