3 cube projects pvt ltd  is the worst. I have a friend who has lived there for 3 years in a company in Hyderabad is jobs.

His real home is in Orissa. But because he is so in Hyderabad from his college Ya got jobs. My friend to buy a house in Hyderabad 3 cube projects pvt ltd  of the wind.

Then after a few years of construction, the owner of the house showed.My friend liked the photos of the house. After 1 month, he was my friend half the price of the house that had been sent to the owner of the house. Then one day my friend went to see the house it was very frustrating to see my friend.

He was quite old house was out of the house branch. Had cracks in the walls of the house, the house offers no water and electricity in the house that did not feature too much. I have a friend to buy the house, but the owner of the house refused to return the money to the owner of the house refused.But my friend and I had no choice but to buy the house because he had seen half the price of the house so the house had to buy him. Ya my friend and he was just a mistake that he only saw the house was bought. If he went there himself, he would have bought the house to see well is not such a big loss.

My friend of the house underwent renovation again. So when you purchased the home from any construction in the first photo of your eyes and see yourself and think, see that house then bought the house. I suggest that no one else like my friend, do not mistake you can lose even more.

At the price point these builders have given, this is a good project. The architecture is very good. Sufficient balconies and good ventilation.

If one wants find faults we can find many. Firstly it has only 4 floors which means that you don't feel claustrophobic while in the lift or in the stairs.

As pointed, could have been refined better but with little money spent at the right location this can be refined and ambiance can be improved.

Many Many apartments in Mahadevpura area look like Pigeon holes. Unlike these apartment the two bed-rooms are the size of the 3 bedrooms. The living rooms are very welcoming.

I bought an apartment from this promoter 1.5  years ago and  I am very happy with their services and warm gesture. The place is strategically  located and has  fetched me a good appreciation in a short while.

But for some very minor problems( which I believe is universal) and a minor time delay, all in all, I am very happy with the purchase . When compared to the appreciation, the time delay is  very negligible.

By seeing people they employ , it can be seen as not a good project. They have very bad reputation from their bangalore projects. Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy , who is in their Coimbatore project is a big cheater and cheated many customers & his own builder in many ways from mis-management of labor, material, funds, quality and cheated all the customers in 8 projects he worked in pragati nagar & nizampet, hyderabad.

He has runaway from Hyderabad so that customers & builder is looking for him he has changed his mobile no so many times in last 1 year to avoid any contact with the builder / customers from his previous projects. I advise 3cube projects management to get rid of him. It will help them in many ways.

They done good job in coimbatore in the name of prestige building back side off kmch hospital .building set backs and planning was too good. Location as well as staff courtesy also good.

I want to save all my fellow software engrs and buyers. I strongly recommend not to buy any flat from these builders. It seems this  builder started new projects in new BEL road and in electronic city road. Now they are going to sell those flats. Please do not buy any flat.

They are constructing the apartment in Mahadevapura named Elil Abode from Last 4 yrs. It is still going-on. And builder escaped without completing the project. Now the Land-owners who is having almost 50 flats, taken over the control and torturing the flat owners to pay the remaining balance with out completing the construction.

Advices to the ppl who are willing to buy the property:-

   Do not buy.
   



2. 
   If you buy flat from these ppl. I am sure you will get  BP, tension and sleep less nights.
   



3. 
   Before buying please visit  Elil Abode, Mahadevapura.
   



4. 
   Do not trust the sales ppl Suresh and Prakash. These are big time cheaters
   



5. 
   They have contacts with LIC loans ppl, One of them is Ramesh. These guys are having tie-ups and they will miss guide you.

@san 25 I agree with your idea n thoughts about the company and people .I donot what they plan, either to take sizable money from the customtakeouters.

But I think they r still in Hyderabad. I googled and found them running some other company in Hyderabad itself.

even if claim to have rich experience of building commercial as well as residential projects in Hyderabad they dont know how to deal with customtakeouter and even reply to their queries after the sizable amount is paid

Gross people totally unprofessional. I would not suggest anyone to have a bit deal even with this group.

The project was conceived very nicely...to rope in unsuspecting people. Builder and staff keeps smiling and behave so politely till the buyers paid up a sizable amount...and then they go missing. Leaving behind three or four unqualified (probably clueless themselves about the construction), who also find the easiest of opportunity to be in hyderabad whenever there is a requirement.

Wonder if this project was in hyderabad. I am sure these guys would then be hiding in bangalore.

An absolute disaster and a host of broken promises. I believe the builder has shifted to some other project to con people in coimbatore. God knows what is the state there and how many people have been fooled till now.

3 Cube Projects Pvt. Ltd. claims to be highly professional company in the real estate construction business. They claim to have rich experience of building commercial as well as residential projects in hyderabad, chennai and bangalore. Elil Abode is their first residential project in bangalore. This project was started in March 2007. The project site is situated in Mahadevapura, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. You can visit the site if you go towards KR PURAM from Marathahalli on outer ring road opposite Mega More Store. Apartments nearby are celebrity mansion, vijaya regency and nester raga. The site is adjacent to DRDO.

Till now builder hasn't completed construction. The whole apartment is in mess. Lot of irregularities like deviation from approved layout plans, construction of one more illegal block,  no rain water harvesting etc. The building has still not got BBMP approvals. Builder is in no mood to complete pending things.

Please don't do a mistake of buying apartment in Elil ABode, Mahadevapura and also dont do a mistake of taking any apartment even on rent. There is no water. Single borewell has dried up. No lifts. Bad roads. Water stagnation in parking area during rainy season. Water seepage in apartments during rainy season. Few days back, even common area electricity connection was disconnected by Bescom for non-payment of electricity bills putting whole building in darkness. Due to these reasons, maintenance cost is very high compared to other apartments. Staying in this apartment is causing mental tension to oneself.
