continuation of the reply: It is a big blatant lie. Not picking calls: It is true that numbers of other people were given but I had not tried based on the lies told to to be by Jayant and his manager Zamin Abidi. I regret that now; had I informed about the conduct of this tour manager of yours ...at least I would not had write this mail. Less time for sight seeing: In Betaab valley we were given less than 30 minutes. No one needs 5 hours to see Betaab valley. As you have mentioned it needs 2 hours and we were given less than 30 minutes there. Gondolo Ride: The tickets were not taken from the government / tourism counter but we were forced to buy it in black from an agent with whom Jayant had an agreement. I am doubly sure that you will take my feedback constructively and will improve here on; especially after reading reply and the time taken for the same. My reply to Cox and Kings reply denying everything I had claimed. You may cover up your inefficiencies and bad management and support your good for nothing colleagues but truth does not change. My disconnects on the reply given by you. Travel Insurance: I have not received the insurance papers for... all 4 of us. I had paid Rs.1600 @400 per person. I received travel insurance papers once I raised the complaint for 3 of us only. Tour Manager: Mr.Jayant was begging and pleading with all of us in our group to put good comments in the feedback form and he had even fallen on my feet to give good comments. If others had obliged doesn’t mean that he is efficient. Transport: My concern was not on the airport pick-up but on the trips from there on. Day 2 we had wait near the Dal lake for 1hour to get the vehicle. It is also not true that change of vehicle was on sight-seeing; but on Day 2 from Dal lake to Pahalgam. We were shifted with bag and baggages in middle of the road to an already crowded vehicle. Vehcile was small because of this as it was carrying more people than required and few on the lap of others and others with their Baggages in the lap. Change of Hotels: There was an issue with hotels and Jayant was pleading with each family whether they are ready to change to a different hotel than given to us in itinerary. Delay in the provision of Lunch: It is not just Day 4, but every day during the entire tour the lunch was provided only after 3.00Pm. It is also not true that it was raining heavily on Day4 and it was the reason for delay. Rains were minimal and that too it rained only in the evenings never during any of the travel. If your claim of raining heavily is true we would not have seen the gardens at all. I can share with the you the photographs taken on that morning to prove that your claim is false. To share the words of Jayant “ I have to show 4 gardens, then only we will got to hotel”. It is also false that there was enroute lunch provided at Hotel Kawa.Read More

It seems that Cox and Kings has a standard copy paste reply only...last 2 days I am getting the same response. After the trip knew that they are insensitive but by this kind of response they prove themselves unprofessional also.

Similar is my case; no revert even from their so called director Sanju. He also gives false promises and then start avoiding calls. Can we all join together for a joint action against them.

once a payment is authorised through the swiping machine, the merchant will get their money, with sign, no sign or wrong sign. The best option is to take up with RBI's Banking Ombudsman Office for a resolution.

E-pay facility is another 'HOAX', your transaction may show as failed but money had gone adn they will ask you to pay again. Citi did not even acknowledge getting two payments for almost 15 days. My issue is with Banking Ombudsman now, will write in detail on my experience later.
