Beware of this site - you will neither get the product nor will get your money back.
I had ordered online from this site for clothes vide order number 100286559 on March, 23rd. Payment was made online. On 25th I got a mail saying the products has been dispatched to me through Bluedart vide way bill no.532649819.
As the product did not reach till 28th March and I was not able to track the way bill in Bluedart site, I wrote mails to their 2 mail ids but did not get any response in time. I contacted their call centre and the agent was very rude and as per him, I can make a complaint only after the expiry of the committed date of delivery which is March 29th.
Later in the evening I got a mail saying the courier is Gati and not Bluedart and the mail was not speaking anything about delivery of the order. As per Gati site the order is dispatched only on 28th March and not on 25th as Fashionara claims.I had called their call centre thrice today, they are now not ready to get the order delivered in time nor ready to refund the money. I was even ready to take delivery on 31st March morning also, for that also they were not willing to deliver.
My inferences are:
-The site has all the things to entice you but does not deliver the goods in time.
- It seems they dispatch once you call them only.
-They will take their own time for refund.
-They insist on their refund policy but will not guarantee anything on the committed time / date of delivery.
-Through the process they follow they get our money for 1 month or more and may return the same at their convenience. Interest free loan for a month or more.
Now I neither have the products nor have the money and I am left with no choice than taking this up legally.
