I got mail offering 43+ tests for Rs.1575 . I replied to the same and they replied back with the order number. In the order mail the number of tests offered were not given.
I called to get a clarity on the same and asked the Agent to resent the order with all the names of the tests initially offered. She promised the same but the order was not resend.
I contacted their local office(DSA as given in the order mail) for getting the same clarified, but he was not acknowledging the order and was not giving out his name even.
I again contacted their Mumbai call centre and narrated the entire story again. I was promised that he will resend the order with full test details.
In between I sent two mails also asking for the same if not given I will take up the issue with forums, media and legally for trying to cheat by giving false promises.
Later one Chandrasekar called me from Mumbai and introduced himself as Manager customer care. He said he was not clear on my requirements. I narrated the whole thing again. He promised to check the details and call back. He called back and promised to resend the order with full tests performed.
As I did not get the mail, I called back Chandrasekar back and as per him they are withdrawing the offer for me.
Later I got an Sms from them saying that I am not contactable and hence not offer is withdrawn.
Please be careful with these people, they are into these kind of activities and cheating the public by enticing them to an offer and then doing lesser number of tests.
