I had bought a mobile handset on april 26th vide order no. OD20326151486. But as the delivery status was not getting updated even after multiple calls to flipkart, I got the order cancelled on april 29th. I was promised the refund within 14 days. But till this time it is not done. My credit card is charged with the amount. As per conversation with Ms.Krish, Team Manager, she does not know why there was delay? and she cannot / does not want to resolve the issue of the amount being charged on the card. It is my problem and I need to resolve it! I was promised a call back from their customer service manager, and I am still waiting for it.
I have been buying books from flipkart and there used to be delay in delivery, but this is the heights.
Never buy any high value goods from FLIPKART, they do not know how to handle it. Never make the mistake of calling up their call centre, they employ people who does not understand the basic difference between credit card and debit card and they ask personal details and sensitive informations which are irrelevant.
