The only thing the iPod has going for it that is better than its competitors is looks. It has been outshone in quality, cost, ease of use, etc. by almost everyone else. Think of it as if you are paying a premium on the style. ;) Good review.

I did not find the movie that revolutionary. The idea was good, the topic was good, but if Madhur B really wanted to appeal to the majority of the population, he would have made the movie slightly less technical. However, I don't think Bhandarkar's goal was that--his goal was more to make a dramatic... twist about the cola scandal. To say that this movie was not exaggerated is acting in the same ignorance that you accuse others of doing. I think Bhandarkar had a great idea and he could have done far better with it.Read More

I don't think the movie was either extremely good or extremely bad. Perhaps you were slightly negative without providing too much evidence. But do keep writing. Also, I would ignore the ludicrous comment above mine.

This movie was... interesting. When something is described asinteresting preceded by ellipses (are those what they are called?), it's usually not a good sign. At least not when it is coming from me. I didn't really react to any of the pre-release hype that was provided tothis movie, but a traile...Read more

This seemed more like a plot summary than a review. Why would prospective viewers watch the movie if you've told them almost everything that happens?

Fair enough. But surely you don't consider your opinion to be fact and mine to be bias?

Thanks! I'm going to be seeing Corporate tomorrow... should be interesting, hehe. The comedy was the only saving grace of that movie. And there was so little of it that it wasn't really showcased that well. The songs were one of the overlooked bad things. The only reason the songs were even wa...tchable was because of flexiboy Hrithik.Read More

Yeah, I guess we'll have to see if it stands the test of time. Hrithik isn't actually a bad actor. I guess directors/producers just don't like his face. He needs a good acting movie like an itch needs a scratch.

It is obviously difficult to find something that everyone is happy with. Which is why we have a site like mouthshut where likeminded people can see how likeminded people think about different products. It's difficult to enjoy the 'entertainment' when it really wasn't entertaining, and I was more ...concerned with figuring out why they didn't have a popcorn stand in the theater. Also, the statement 'wrongly biased' just is... very ironic.Read More

Yup, this movie's success has certainly brought down my respect for the Indian viewing public greatly. The fact that this movie is doing moderately well at the box office is difficult to digest when one sees meaningful, emotional and well-made movies fail after just a couple of weeks. You can't b...lame the director--because people are eating it right out of his hand. If there isn't a proper standard demanded by the people, there won't be a proper standard produced by the industry. And horror of horrors, another sequel is planned.Read More

I don't remember exactly what happened in Koi... Mil Gaya, or rather, how I felt about it when I watched it. If I were to watch it again, today, as a critic, and in the context of world movies, I would have to say that it is a prime reason why Sci Fi probably doesn't have any standing in Bollywo...Read more

Agree with the above comment. I have to look at my usage every day to make sure I don't go above the limit. Strangely, although I have a 750 MB plan, I have been credited 1500 MB for this month, for some reason.

Data transfer limits are pathetic. Service depends by region. My region had a few problems in the first few weeks as they were fixing the exchange. Since then service has been fast and seamless.

I shall take the effort. :) I have not required customer service so far because the service has worked seamlessly. The only problem is that the limits are not enough. And the pages don't seem to be cached on the server, so you waste traffic loading the same page.

Installation charges are a farce. All the technician does is connect the router to the power, puts the telephone wires in the correct place and plug the router into the computer. In fact, my technician required my help at every step. Anyhow.

I had similar problems after changing the password. If you manage to find the manual on the MTNL website, you will find that it does a great job explaining everything in much greater detail than any technician will ever provide.

I think not (if you are confused, read the title). After 5 years of living on dial-up connections (VSNL and Satyam, among others), it was decided to finally make a shift to 'broadband'. Enter MTNL Tri-Band, which claimed to be 'real broadband' as mentioned by the new government regulations and d...Read more
