Not explained well. I never heard this kind of complaint, technically it never happens this way. I am sure there must be some problem with your mic. Just try with some other handset.

Great patience!!! I think it is easy to learn any other difficult task than learning these service providers gimmicks. I do not normally like to call customer service center because 90% of the time I got bitter experience. Those first 5 mins is painful. You saved many people. I liked the way you explained about introducing yourself with Name, Address, Phone lablablaa. I appreciate Smokin Joe's pizza stores on this regard. They just ask the phone number to find out address in their data base.
