Couldn't have agreed more !! Its the same ( Shame ) feeling when I come back to any one of the mentioned airports.
I agree with Kannan & Aanchal about the privatization bit , but chief ... Have you forgotten Jyoti Babu & his party ? They will almost certainly put a spanner & impede any... progress towards making our airports 'world class'.

Very nostalgic review I must say !!
Yup ..sure did enjoy Enid Blyton . I enjoyed Tom Sawyer , Comics & not to forget Tales from Arabia.
Comics ... Yes I enjoyed them then ...I love them even today.

I am glad you just didn't let it pass by as just another incident & have taken up the cause to inform other parents.
I totally agree with you ! Our children might mean nothing to these so called ' Teachers ' but they mean the world to us. Such callous attitude shouldn't go unpunished & its becau...se we Indians are so callous ourselves as not to bring up these issues in the open , that these institutions get away scot free.
We all join hands in your fight and express our solidarity.

King Federer !! When I was a kid ...I thought no one could match Bojrn Borg or Ivan Lendl .
Then it was the Borris Becker era... then Pete Sampras , Hewitt , Marat Safin etc etc but today I realize they are all great .... but Federer is the greatest !!

The Government of India had announced a COM ( Committee of Ministers ) to decide on the names of other Cities of our Country . They have , after deliberating for years & spending crores of Rupees (which the hapless Tax payers have paid ) come out with few suggestions which will be tabled at the nex...t parliamentary session.
The suggested names are :
1. Patna - Patnawa
2. Jammu - Jaish-e-Jammu
3. Chandigarh - Balle Balle Garh.
4. Bhubaneswar- Bhubapatanaik
5. Delhi - Delxit ( After Mrs Sheila Dixit )
6. Hyderabad - Hydera -Good ( Residents of Hyderabad took serious exceptions to this word ' BAD ' as a suufix to Hydera ...hence replaced with Good :)
These are the few that the COM has been able to suggest till now , but they have assured the citizens of India that this being an issue of National importance they will , in the next 5 years ( if elected again ) come out with newer more innovative names for other cities .
Nice one Jennie ... Keep the heat on this GFN ( good for nothing ) polticians !!

Couldn't have agreed more. Thats the single reason I rarely write reviews on products since I have no clue how to go about it.
I , therefore , stick to human values , emotions & matter - abstract.

Wish I could rate this review. While in parts I agree to what you say but the way it is written is so very confusing ( bordering metaphysical ).
While I am convinced that Sourav shouldn't be in the team , I am also sure that you will forever remain young , energetic & never have a bad patch in yo...ur life.

Wonderful review !!
Been there and really enjoyed....except that it was raining that evening and unfortunately they were really not geared to handle this ' Natural phenomenon ' ( & it wasn't even half KATRINA )
Music was good ...Karoke was good ...all in all just the kind of place where I would ...spend my Saturday evenings.

I do share your feelings & emotions. I have lived all my life in a hostel & have no regrets about that ! It was a wonderful experience & unlike what people believe , I was very attached to my family & I am still very attached to them ( My parents & siblings ). The stint taught me how to be ' indepen...dent ', and instilled ' self belief ' !

I do empathize with you , I recently visited a Dentist to get some of my wisdom reduced ( Ohhhh I am so full of it !! ) It was a frightning sight indeed those scary drills & pliers , but as you rightly mentioned if the Dentist is good in his / her job ( as was mine ) the experience ...is little less horrifying.
Not that I am dying to go back to the same dentist ...but if you ever visit Chennai ... Dr ( Mrs ) Acharya is the name .
Good Luck for your 4 wisdom teeth.

On the contrary because of my very old age & now that I am hard of hearing ... the first time someone mentioned the name ... I heard it as Harry Potty and was wondering if these... are the new generation titles of books and movies. I was rather embarrased to discover ( after a while ) that it was indeed ' Potter '

Are we talking about the same ' Scary House ' at Garuda Mall ??
Nothing , whatever you described , happened to me !!!!
I was hurriedly escorted in by a scared looking man , who kept glancing at me from time to time as if I was about to devour him any moment .
He scooted in a big hurry the mo...ment we reached the stair case.
True , when I stepped out , I saw a few guys n gals dressed up as ghosts , pale and shivering as a fig leaf.They we were the same guys who were supposed to masquerade as ' Scary things ' inside the haunted house.
It was only when I was accosted by a group of onlookers who informed me that my looks were scarier than all the Ghosts & Goblins put together ( till then I was only compared to the ' Hunch Back of Notredame ' )
Ok Ok ...now on a serious note . Never been to this place ( wink ) Will visit soon !
Very well written with vivid descriptions.
Dr Shafique , I am afraid , missed the point !
