I agree with most of what @hirenbparmar has written,except the last sentence. @akash2210 please don't pass judgements like ''Lack of clarity of thought'' without basis ; read what I have written - ''An excellent plot which has been spoilt .The film has lifeless narration leaving the viewer conf...used'' On the four available parameters, I rated the movie aptly. Introduce more parameters and you'll see the dip. The movie may have appealed to you but that does not mean everyone must fall in line. Read More

My personal preference is always to travel by train - unbeatable.It is only when we need to travel at some odd time eg.12 noon or say,4pm that such options come in handy.I am also against the extra fare levied by Private Operators for their Volvo for a journey that takes almost the same time as a SE...TC. The time taken is high in SETC because their buses' fuel systems(accelerator, pump etc.) are set such that buses' pick up is poor and in top gear, drivers can't exceed 70kmph;add to that traffic congestion from Tambaram and you end up with a 7.5 hr journeyRead More

I also remember there was a Kirloskar AC Bus which operated on the Trichy-Chennai Sector in mid 80s-the fare was Rs.55 against Rs.30.50 for the regular Express.Poor patronage saw the service going kaput. Another first for TTC was a sleeper AC bus(only 16 berths) introduced in 1983 on the Chenna...i-Erode Sector.The fare was Rs.96 against the then First Class train fare of Rs.108.This bus even had a stainless steel toilet.Once again,the people of TN let the service down as probably the fare was too 'steep'.TTC was the best in those days but then everything that is on a high has to see lows as was the case in the last ten years.Things are improving now for SETC so ......let's wish them all the best.
