@prasu.sreeju Hey! Thanks a lot. You should buy the Lumia 520 only if you are tight on budget, else 520 has a very average battery of 1400mah. This one packs 2000 mah. If you click photos with your phone, 520 is a poor snapper. 720 is an awesome camera phone. Hope that helps!

A cellphone has 1 year warranty and not 'guarantee'. Thus do not expect replacement for a petty software fault. Read through the documents provided in the box and see if the damage was worth replacement. Then only can you ask for one.

@naveen4ru 1. Call Quality is decent. They are updating it sometime soon for some issues. But that shouldn't break the deal. 2. Yes. We can easily switch between 2G/3G and also choose to switch on/off data. 3. This version has bee designed to last at least 3 years for the same hardware.
