so far the a9+ freezes up every week but today it froze twice requiring the battery to be removed both times and i could feel the phone was overheating - lets stop the iphone comparisons! i can't believe how unstable the firmware is - do other androids also freeze up this often? it also ...take over 3.5 hours to charge compared to 2.5 for my old BB and 2 hrs for the corby so its the worst of both worlds - quick to discharge in 7 or 8 hrs [with zero usage] and slow to charge...Read More

since i've reached the silly 7,500 size limit for reviews, i'll continue in the comments here: there are people who actually keep comparing karbonn to iphone! yes, even a tata nano can be considered 'better' than a bmw due to the following valid points: 1. its much cheaper 2. more dealer...s / service centres 3. cheaper and more easily available spares 4. takes less parking space 5. better mileage / fuel efficiency however no bmw buyer would ever even consider any tata vehicle as a viable alternative [not even the top of the line aria] despite half a dozen reasons like the nano with a driver costs less than just the down payment on the cheapest bmw, no one will be convinced since they cater to opposite ends of the market. similarly, android is also: 1. much cheaper than any iphone 2. has dual sim functionality 3. expandable memory [sd cards] 4. standard plugs [micro usb] as opposed to proprietary chargers 5. comparable number of apps in the ecosystem still people who buy iphones will not be convinced to switch to android unless they can take itunes and port it over legally one day. even then many would be loathe to give up on OTA [over the air OS updates which android can't do excluding nexus]Read More
