i am sorry to contradict about lg service, i am having tremendous experiences on lg service(Vijayawada) in the cases of color tv and 250 ltrs lg refrig. They attended within 24 hrs and also they comeback within less time when problem arises again in repaired month and they don’t take any extra money... except for equipments replaced.
After repairing my ctv at home just he took service charge plus little more for capacitors, it struck again they told me to bring it to service center, it took 5 days to get my tv back on running condition, and i am surprised that they didn’t ask a rupee at least,
Now my family is interested to buy lg products only. because they offer better service by coming to home in very very less time. so i too like lg service, it is impressive till date.
I should request you to write about the work too the product did as per your estimation, repairs usually comes on any product but depends on whether the product made defective, that’s our bad luck and also companies irresponsibility.Read More

Quite strange incident. I think this could be once in a blue-moon. But worse to hear this. I like to pay by credit/debit/net banking instead of Cash on Delivery to avoid this kind of Mislead.

I have heard a lot about this fellows and their retail store. I am not surprised to see this but i can say, they are HEAD WEIGHT candidates among other retails. There are few many retail stores in ap, clothes and accessories too, but TMC occupies first place among them. STUPIDS.

But i have better LG service experiences in Vijayawada. The Lg service person has assisted me within 24 hrs of complaint registered.
It happened for both my refrigerator and Color Television.
