It Seams IDEA is improving it's service. Review on Choosing a Wireless ISP

I can remember what I wrote earlier(december 2008) about idea netsetter. I don't feel sorry that . Because it's my own experience may be some body felt it wrong or right.

This following article may surprise you all that what made me write this article. Even it is surprising me too. Yes dear fellows for me it seems idea is improving it's service.

See I am straight forward . "if it is wrong I strictly say it is!. If it is write I admire it on any time . Nomatter who ever thinks what.

Come to the matter. As I failed to get good service through idea netsetter on paying rs1003/-. I left it away during january and february 2009. But after while I came to know it's getting some changes again I went to shop asked them to recharge my netsetter. I can't trust my ears.

I wonder how they diminished the cost from from rs1003 to rs500/- . Ok . I smiled once and came back to use it once again.

But server had took 15 to 24 hrs to update my service . Because I did surfing net it has cut my minimum balance and made it to zero although it is unlimited. I asked customer care for reason, they said it is download charge . But the real thing is, it is lack of update in server.(i came to know it because I got same problem on november and december 2008 too). But I wonder how the customer care people don't know it. Any way come to point.

Now my surfing began I am using it from 2nd march(1st march what happend I stated earlier). I used it for 1 to 2 weeks it is giving some what average result, download speed going upto 4-15kbps(up to 80kbits/s approximately).

I don't know what happend to idea from last 5 days I am getting very good download speed compared to earlier surfing. Do you know what happend it is giving 20kbps to 30 kbps on early hours of day i.e 5a.m to 9a.m and evenigng time, but from 10 a.m onwards moving up and down around 5kbps to 10/12kbps and some times upto 15 kbps/18kbps . I know you got surprised.

But it is true, it is my experience. Do you know at morning hours 5 a.m to 8 a.m I had downloaded 41 mb in just 30 min. And 100mb in 1 hr 10 min. Wow. Is it surprising?

But your speed depends on ur cell tower capability I mean(edge/gprs) and busy network state( perhaps).

Readers. I don't knwo whether this is going to continue for how many days . Don't be negative I hope it is good sign of indication that idea has chaned its status of work.

One more surpring thing is " I am able to download from rapidshare as much as I want, you know why it is changing the ip address(how it is I don't know) but I am getting download as like "pemium user" . Because I am able to download 100 mb and 100 mb with 5 to 10 min gap and even some times immediatly".

Dear friends " I am not saying go for idea netsetter, but to analyse it and go for it if you are satisfied."

Anyway use your idea whether to go for which service. For me it is worthy for rs 500/-.

Hi dear friends,

My net speed is good, some times rarely it gets disconnect and some signal breakdown except every thing is good.

Here, I have to write about speed, website opening speed will depends on your browser and tower signal whereas download speed is good my download speed is 25 kbps to 30 kbps i.e 160kbps to 230/250 kbps(i used network connection gadget in vista to check this) only by using download manager(depends on your download manager). This may be surprising for you but I am downloading up to 10gb per month depending on my requirement. I am not lying it is my experience. Early morning you can get good speed anyway.

About customer care: in andhrapradesh now idea response is considerable(but sometimes it is taking time to resolve problem) on calling to customer service executive.

Note:- this is my experience during my stay at vijayawada and hyderabad . But I never give assurance to any body they go for idea netsetter because I don't know whether you get the same.

Perhaps it depends on your telecom tower signal and mobiles usage in your area. I leave this to your minds
