***Hey IndianCruiser.. This is one kind of a machine which is rode only by MEN.. I hope you are one of those MEN and not a GEEK who just buys it to show OFF... Congrats on your new birde.. Don't ever stretch your ride more than 350 - 400 kms in a day. Safety is first important.. Secondly though this... machine can take you don't attempt before first 5000 - 6000 kms.. Let the engine settle and then plan between 350 - 400 kms a day ride. Before taking the delivery make sure 1.to check the Engine chassis number is same all across the bike 2. No scratches on the bike 3. No damages on the bike - Dent or broken indicators or anything such 4. Make sure ur warranty starts from the day your bike is delivered to you 5. Collect temporary documents The company promises to pay 1 liter of petrol to every customer at the time of delivery. Make sure you have that before you start off to your home.. Regarding the mileage -> Though U should not be worried about it still manages to deliver around 40 -41 KMPL ( SHELL PETROL), 36-38 KMPL ( IOC Petrol ) in city. In Highway it squeezes to give 51KMPL for a IOC petrol.. Finally Drive safe.. it a discipline for all bullet owners that they drive safe and respect traffic rules. hence it stands class apart.. @randine69: I did not mean starting from stop always... it may be under several circumstances. However i would not like to blame the service guys as i am not sure and never happy with tvs service. I would suggest you to get your carburetor.and spark plugs check and cleaned once with any service guy ...if you trust. Finally it can't be assured that all bikes would deliver the same mileage.. @Randine69: Yes, Even I too was able to extract around 50-55 Intially.. Which i thgt is far best. But I couldn't justify myself and experimented couple of time and then came to a conclusion that it would deliver so much. Secondly this bike comes to a better halt based on the gear used..it delivers t...he same based on the gear used. Though it will pull you and the pillion even in 4th gear from halt one should never do that because that is where the bike drinks lot of fuel to deliver that much of energy..So try to concentrate on the gear ratio. Use the gear appropriately. It would deliver you the best and make sure it is a solo drive. It cannont deliver the same mileage with 2 ppl on it :)Read More

@gulurocks628: It would incorrect to use the term EXACT.. Instead I use Average. In City especially in Bangalore traffic I am able to extract around 36-38 Kms per liter. I would getting around 39-40 for the same one liter if I re-fuel up the tank from a Shell Petrol Bunk. On highways it idelivers an... average of 42Kms/ltr.Read More
