I bought a flat on Block A with a commitment from GM, sunil mantri group for getting it ready for delivery by 2013 end. During Agreement time there was no clarity on possession and dates given were really weird. I keep visit site and try to understand for delay on my block. everytime new reasons and... un favorable response. on my visit in the month of MAY 2013, getting a shoking news : the complete sales and project team is been sacked by new GM ???? i had a sitting with Mr. MIR, New GM and instead of giving a word of assurance he made it clear he cant deliver my flat not even 2015. I have already paid them 36L and now i am so much confussed to pay then any addition penny without they send me project progress report. My wife and me try to reach top officials but no reach. SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE WE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN ENTIRE LIFE. I am wondering, is there any forum who can help me to reach to right person who will understand my grievance and address my issues with Sunil Mantri’s construction. Yesterday, I got a demand letter from them for another 13L where there is no progress happened since last 5 months. dont know how to respond this issue. please help any one address this issue ! Hi there ! I am using credit cards since last 12 yrs and frankly, yet to find a bank who need any other document other than you have mentioned here. these are common documents for making us eligible for a credit card. Misusing a card is again common but you get details in 3 months time, no need to... wait for 5 yrs for that. getting 3 lacs limit is impossible with normal documents with any bank, impossble to believe. There are 3 levels of Physical verifications conducted before issue the card, both residence and office. There might be some facts in the statement but not completely true. I agree the fact no Bank is good when you are dealing with cards but that is fully depend on person to person, who is using credit cards. Read More
