I am working in bangalore but my family is in jaipur Rajasthan. I am using a Jaipur SIM for easy access to my family & friends. I am carrying this number since last 3 Yrs since Reliance started in Rajasthan. Reason for continuing this number is good roaming plan. where my outgoing in Roaming is 50 paisa/ minute for incoming, out going & SMS.
everything was going good until last 2 month, all of a sudden, reliance started bothering all those prepaid numbers where they are finding 500 + prepaid figure. You will find your money reduce every day in denomination of Rs. 30 /- per week in the beginning and after month it will be daily. at the beginning I never notice this as this is not my primary number but since last few week I am finding almost 500 + balance is into negative. I called their customer care, everytime when I call they waive Rs. 30 and say the executive is authorise to do only Rs.30 as refund. but by evening again you find what so ever waiver you received is again gone and you have to call fight again.
I am using a very basic nokia phone and they activated a service called voice mail service for a number which is 24/7 on that to in a roaming location. when I asked whey you want me to use this facility, they stat I myself request for this service. not able to understand why they are bothering loyal client base.
everyday its my routine to call Reliance customer care and waste at least 45 to 60 mins for Rs. 30 /- Now I am planning a Jaipur trip in jan. First thing I do to change my service provider from reliance to some other network.
