I cannot find a word effective enough to express how traumatic and exhausting was my experience with Aramex(BANGALORE) staff. I regularly order stuff online and some of the vendors tied up With ARAMEX for logistics.
The delivery men never call up the home to inform the consignment reached the hub. I had ordered a shoe pair from fashionandyou.com which they sent through ARAMEX(6276706100) the shipment reached Bangalore on 13 Jan 2012 and was sent to delivery on 14-Jan at 4 pm.
I was waiting for the shipment till 6:45 and then I called up the Customer care and they assured me the package will be delivered by 16 Jan 2012 at my doorstep. I noticed on the tracking site the update as the CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. This was shocking as there was NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVERY and this was utter nonsense. The customer care only works from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, and there was no one to reach out for the package delivery inquiry.
ARAMEX IS A VERY BAD COURIER SERVICE COMPANY.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ARAMEX SERVICES it is totally unprofessional and do not order on time and put wrong updates on the tracking site.
