well i guess your friends mobile settings may be not have been proper.....i hav been using orange for the past 6 yrs..... i guess every mobile service faces some or the other problem... if orange has the best network bpl does not...an where the customer care is concern if they were putting u ...on hold......for 15mins or sooo. there is a customer care service centre everywhere ....instaed of calling them u shuld hav personnallly gone an got the sim checked......
