Completely agree. Worst, even for high value items like laptop shockingly they deliver it through some auto driver. We ordered a laptop directly with HP and it reached our place, which is one of the major city after 5 working days and after reaching local office they took another two days to deliver... it locally (within 3 km), that too after calling their customer care several times and when delivered, as mentioned above it was brought to us by an auto driver, still in his driver uniform. Their service is pathetic everywhere irrespective of the place, even in major cities. It is only brand and nothing in customer service, which is far worst and shockingly pathetic!Read More

Yes, it is a big scam by SBI Home Loan, seems that some crooked minded in SBI came with this scheme of fooling people and fraud.
This is a huge scam, and the way SBI / its staff are indulged in this unethical trade practice is, they silently create a life insurance on the consumer name, worst doe...s not stop here, to pay the fraudulent & unauthorized life insurance policy they silently create a personal loan on the name of the customer at very high interest rate again keeping it silent. Neither the life insurance nor the personal loan appears anywhere in the customer login. Even none of the insurance policy will be shared with customer as well. There will not be any communication of any sort on this fraudulently created loan and insurance.
After five plus years these crooks calls the customer and say that there is a personal loan (for huge amount) is on their name and it has become NPA (non performing asset) and has to be paid immediate. If these several lakhs of personal loan is not paid, it will be reported to credit report system like CIBIL.
This is completely illegal, cheating, fraud, unethical trade practices. This seems to be a very huge scam and need to be addressed at very high level of both SBI as well as with regulatory authorities including RBI, IRDAI and media. If SBI higher officials does not wake-up and stop this scam, sure it will be at a huge loss of losing it's credibility. Already RBI has slapped fines on them for various irregularities. This one is a big scam probably involving several millions.
It is very disappointing to see even a nationalized bank is indulging in such fraud & scam.Read More

Seems you are the luckiest, but myself and our friends who are using this product are facing lots of issues after 6 months. Output TDS is very high and more than 150 ppm even with an input water of 600 pm. Even local unit is giving 45 ppm with the same water for just 3500. Service support is great o...nly till the time the unit needs replacement of spare!Read More

Same pathetic condition for us too! It works great only for 6 months and after that one after another issue starts with the unit. It is complete waste of money. Their so-called warranty is fake, misleading and in fact cheating as they do not cover vital parts like expensive membrane. In case of sens...ing need for replacement of such parts they simply have a policy to keep you away, their toll free (actually not free as it is 1-860 and not 1800) support too register your complaint only if it is for GKK replacement or when the unit is working fine else they never register and we never receive any SMS afterwards. Local customer support too will be smiley only till the need for replacement of expensive parts else they never even attend the calls. Disappointing to see even such corporate companies being no different from local looters and cheaters!Read More

Nice to see you review, even I too was with the opinion till I had issues with TDS. Beware! We may not even think about their warranty but shockingly their warranty does not include membrane, now after 10 months the TDS level is very high 150 ppm and on complaining they simply refused to fix it stat...ing membrane is not covered and in addition they refuse to book my complaints as well, so-called prompt service personnel and service are now completely stale!
Surprisingly a local RO unit purchased as standby for 3500 Rs is working great for last 4 years and still providing water at 45 ppm without any issues! Not sure how a price of nearly 16K is getting justified with such support and service. Very disappointed! Will never use such a company with unethical trade practice!Read More

Thanks for your response. For some reason, after writing the review the service is becoming stale and pathetic, I am trying with your customer support for nearly last 4 weeks to fix an issue with higher TDS till now no one has turned up, customer support too trying to escalate but no one picks up in... the redirected call. In addition without listening to long pending complaint we are being asked to purchase GKK. When local products are available for one tenth the price, after paying such premium price, getting such poor behaving customer support is Very disappointing!Read More
