I was also very happy when I have purchased PureIT Ultima UV+RO in 2015. As it was working fine for a year without any issues and I was very satisfied with the product and after a year the game started and every  time I request for service request service engineer is coming to repair change some parts in it must say replacing some duplicate one and m facing issue every alternate month.


And when I am calling service desk for senior  engineer but same guy is coming and no one is serious about quality of service from PureIT. so all the best new buyers must post your comments after a year wish you will not face same issue as I am facing.
