When everyone from every organization run around, round the clock in spite of pandemic, Blue Dart is one that exactly works like a typical government office with zero accountability. It is almost the same across any branch even in tier 1 city.
They charge high but provide pathetic service. They never deliver products on time, every connectivity on transit will move only once in a day, taking days to reach final destination. Even on reaching the final destination, those who work in Blue Dart never cares to deliver but they keep stalling the delivery and shamelessly giving false status saying customer is not available at the premise. This they do even for big societies where there is 24/7 mail room service available with securities.
They will simply wait for customers to make call, then they again shamelessly make them visit their office and collect it personally, else they send back the courier or they make false delivery status without actually delivering it. Seems their system does not have any process for accountability of their staff for delivery and salary being paid with no connectivity with their quality of delivery or even delivering items. Zero accountability for their service is what Blue dart is.
Unfortunate, even bigger companies like HP use such pathetic courier companies to sabotage their own customer's experience and trust in their own brand itself. Hope such companies change their logistics partners to better ones that value their customers and customer service.
When so many people are struggling to get a job, those who work here shamelessly and thanklessly refuse to do their work in spite of being paid. Hope they learn about customer service from good companies like Amazon, Swiggy, Flipkart on customer service and logistics.
Never ever use this shameless, unethical, worst, pathetic courier service ever.
