By reading your reviews, I have refused many calls from the CM. They even told me that they will give a free holiday voucher for any resort of CM. So I said Ok for the Voucher. I asked them of the Mahableshwer and Lonavala resort address. On checking out on the internet, by looking at the snaps and... cheap tarrif 'Below 3000' I understood, I can always get a CM holiday when I wan to go there as a non member. Well I have a dell Desktop for the last 17 months, It work OK. But when it comes to thier after sales service, ITS REALLY WORST. The persons whom U talk to are really dropouts. I had just called them up as my one year support was included. I just asked them, 'by mistake I deleted the MY COM...PUTER ICON onmy desktop, How to get it back' I spoke for three different persons none could give me the answer. Really they need to work more than 8 hrs x 5 days a week. Support should be 24 x 7.Read More

Well All that I can say is this. ALL SERVICE CENTERS, it means every brand. They do not fix the problem in the first year, They wait for the Warranty period to complete. Then after the first year they say , this is broken, this needs fixing etc. this has been my experience with Hyundai & my... friends experiences with Swift. We both got our minor problems to be fixed by a local street mechanic. (Ofcourse The one whom you know). But for the SX4 my friend who has one complains for the same reasons of side bar. We must remember that with recent developments, the four pillars need to be of a specific strength. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY SUZUKI STOPPED THE ESTEEM. IT DID NOT PASS THE CRASH TESTS FOR THE NEWER REGULATIONS. the same problem exist in the Swift, with the Large Pillar to the right.Read More

The rear Shape is somewhat not correct. The wheel are jetting outside. while the rear glass is really SMALL. That is right. I used the card, did not get the bill. Only after the due date they start BUGGING you. Calls are in the afternoon. Finally I told them to take the Min Amount Due. Its a free card I Got from CROMA, but just because for the points its not worth the bad service. A good credit card... company would remind you a few days in advance.Read More
