Hello friends, this is my review on DELL INSPIRON E1505 and in general about DELL company as regards to providing customer service to its products.
My sister in US bought one laptop in 2006 and gave it to me in 2008 after using it for two years. Since 2008 I am using the laptop, product is really really great, but but but if you ever have a problem with this product it will be too costly for you to get it repaired in India.
Well earlier I had this problem with my laptop the sound was not coming, so called up tech support of Dell, and here is the conversation with tech support, and tech support was unable to help me, but by gods grace the problem resolved on its own.
