I am sure the service levels of some of the other airlines can be bad, but that is no reason to have to put up with them. Some are bad because of their competence in the hospitality space and some because they think they can get away - either way it is for us as consumers to ensure that we take proa...ctive action that encourages / forces them to raise the bar.
