Further more problems after two years , am literally suffering in chennai heat, seems i have done some big mistake in life so as to suffer in hell.
Till date we are only getting false assurances that mechanic will come and rectify the problem. On tuesday the mechanic came and confirmed that inst...allation is not done properly and some condensor fan not working and on thursday they will come and reinstall the AC. Thursday & Friday no one came and on Saturday afternoon the mechanics came and did work on AC and told us to test it for two days. In that two days the water is leaking from indoor unit, and cooling is very low, this has been already informed to the mechanic but always mechanic doesnt turn up during day time, they visit only in night time, but till now we havent received any priority service which we should have received as the full fault is with Voltas as they did not send competent persons to install and fix the AC. We are suffering a lot this summer due to non working of AC.
The indoor unit is leaking from the wall itself this problem we never faced earlier, which shows how shobby installation is done by the mechanics.
Now it is very clearly understood that Chennai Cool Care is least interested in providing service and correct their faulty installation.
Inspite of numerous telephonic calls, It seems that Chennai Cool Care is really not taking these complaints positively and seriously and neither they seem to be concerned about customer problems. If it were concerned it would not delay so much in sending a competent engineer and rectify the situation. Hence I feel there wont be any use in your further forwarding emails and instructing Chennai Cool Care whereas they wont even honor the complaint of customer.
Such a delay is too pathetic, kindly improve your customer service, in so much heat we are suffering, due to non working of AC and also facing mental harassment.

I think you only are to blame for this purchase always remember never buy costly products from online websites, you could have easily walked to some dealer nearby your home and got the AC installed in 2 days.

i am also from chrompet and we bought 1.5T voltas elite split ac in aug 2009 for one year it ran seamlessly and was so powerful that within 30 mins we used to switch off the ac, then after one year gas leaked and we called an enterprise to fill gas and paid 3500rs for gas filling then one year it ra...n successfully and then again now it is not working now you can see the real face of voltas, the chennai cool care which is the authorized service centre of voltas at tambaram sucks, all i want to say that the product is very nice and efficient but the mechanics are not professionals which is a big problem in india, they make the product really good but to service they take anyone with a screwdriver in hand calls himself a professional, now only god knows when my ac will come back from service centre, also i have complained to customer care dept at voltas, until the AC runs fine to you, be happy once it gives trouble then its start of worries for you.. ideally a split ac with a perfect installation should run for 5 yrs without any hitch but those service centre guys are not professionals and hence every year or two gas leaks, or some issue happens then they insist for AMC and make money, never give the AC to AMC you can clean the filter all by yourself, which is very easy and to do once in month ,Read More

We bought our VOltas Ac in 2009 and after 1.5 yrs the gas needed refilling we called 100 times to voltas customer care, service centre for AMC, service but nobody turned up, then ultimately we had to call a private technician who does gas filling for all A/c that private technician did a good profes...sional job. i have also watched Fun n Mati it was great comedy, and also watched gullu dada returns now waiting for Family Pack which is going to release in Nov 10. All the movies have rib tickling comedy and the comedy is clean without any vulgarity. More more best than the bollywood movies.

Just having big big actors doesnt mean you should c it, anyways there is nothing in the movie to worth watch, Other small time films are much much popular than this bakwaas film,
