I couldn't agree more. I never got attended to after multiple calls, escalations and e-mails, even though my product was brand-new and under warranty.
After exploring all options on the company website, when I posted here on Mouthshut , I started getting calls from the company.
I informed m...ultiple callers that all I need is to return the product since I am not happy with the service provided(as in, not being attended to for more than 2 months). Instead of processing the simple request, I was burdened with numerous calls over the span of more than a month, and finally a service agent was sent to my place after more than 3 months after the purchase(despite my refusal to have any servicing done). We refused to entertain the technician and stood by our request for a return. He said he would speak to his boss and get back. This was three weeks back and he hasn't gotten back to us yet.Read More

I did take the liberty to enter your AWB number and it appears that between that time it was 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' to the time it was 'delivered' (to the wrong address), it has been 10 days!!
