I have recently made a purchase at HDFC Smartbuy. I received a call from the seller on the same day to confirm the purchase.
However, that was the end of it. When I called back again after a couple of days to check on the order, I was told that the order had been cancelled, since their employee had inadvertently opened the sealed package; and therefore they couldn't ship it out to me. And also, that they didn't have more of the product in stock. I doubt this is a genuine reason.
Later, on doing some research about the website, I came to know that this is a very common experience. Here's a link to share more on similar experiences.

Overall, I have wasted my time on this, and I hope I will not have to do multiple follow-ups to recover my money.
