My Satisfied Experience with Talera Ford Pune

It is my genuine experience about my relationship with Talera Ford pune. Exactly 6 years ago, I came in contact with Talera ford for a reason of buying Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi Zxi+ABS. Since begining of the relationship, staff at showroom and service center are good to me.


They promptly came for long test drive on a suitable Sunday. Salse guy as well as car, both impressed me. Here Talera team earned 1st star in customer service.


Finance option was provided by ICICI bank at negotiated rate and delivery process went smooth in timely manner. My first ever car got delivered at 31st March 2006. Showroom provided a driver to deliver the car till my home as I was still learning to drive. I remember it was Gudi Padwa and showroom had a tight schedule of deliveries, still they went out of the way and gave a good driver to get the car along with us to another end of the Pune city. Again one more star earned for customer service. My car got free body coat and rubber mats. I never asked for these things, but they said by default we give that to all.


At first servicing, first time I got in touch with Talera Ford's huge service center with qualified staff.


Pickup and drop was provided from kothrud and I did not need to travel to the service center. As it was 1st year, so servicing was free, no payment was involved. But all went smooth for the first as well as all subsequent services till now.


I dont remember a single instance they have fooled me or not maintained my car in good condition. I never went to any other service center for the same reason. Their technical service advisers are prompt and have a thorough knowledge of the car they are servicing. Always, they give a call as soon as adviser takes a car for servicing. They will listen to issues you explain to them, he will also add to it which are probably missed by me, means they have attention to detail. Those guys never recommended me unnecessary costly items such as some accessories or some sort of body polishes.


As of today, all my servicing is done by them and I dont remember the bill has never costed more than 5K. Only At instances like AC relay replacement(once) and front bumper change(broke due to small accident) I never paid more than 5K. Everytime, I provide them with the list of issues to be taken care during servicing and all are always done in the same day delivery. For all these Talera ford wins one more star from me.


The staff at showroom and service facility is very friendly and they never get tired in answering my queries. I am a semi techno guy as I know everything about cars theoretically but am zero practically. So I always have non-practical questions and they have logical practical answer and solution. But I appreciate their patience to happily answering my each query.


About service schedule, my diesel car needs service at every 6 months or 10K kms. They have all these things in their database and 15 days before next service due date, they make a call to book an appointment. If asked, they will call after next suitable date to fix the appointment. Talera Service earns one more star here.


Now, after receiving such a good service for 6 years and both the parties investing equally in maintaining the good relation why would I think of changing the dealer or car brand. Now planning to upgrade to New Fiesta Diesel titanium+. No doubt same dealer & same service center.


I thank Pune Talera ford's entire staff force(I know all of them personally, so I can name all these guys, but if I miss someone's name he may feel bad) to taking an effort in building and maintaining a healthy relationship for such a long. During these 6 years, many staff members at Talera changed their jobs, new came in but that has not changed anything as far as my satisfaction with them is concerned. This is my fifth star to them.


Only their service facility is very far from Pune city. It wont be a matter of dissatisfaction as they have vehicle pickup and drop at very nominal charges and even if you want to go personally, you need to go only once in a 6 months. Also you can drop at their Yerwada showroom which is closer in the city.


My own experience say, the way you treat people, they treat you in same way. Never go with what other's have experienced and behave according to that. Build your own relation and feel the difference.
