I have bought your so called "Best" production one and half year back. one month back I observe water leakage from bottom of the device. This leakage is from a joint. Now when I asked about this to your customer care and did so many follow ups by mails and calls, but the response was one and same, "Warranty has expired". I am agree with this. But I have few questions, can you pls clarify.
Though warranty has expired, dont you thing you should take the responsibility as the leakage is from joint and not due to any breakage?
As an MNC, dont you think you should be more customer oriented?
If I experience such service do you think I will recommend this product to anyone?
