Dear News Agency concerns,
I want to bring to your notice the organized Fraud run by Tradus and their vendor partners.
They don't have customer contact number , buyers are at Mercy of an email ID "care@tradus.com". Once order is placed they don't respond. Products are of poor quality. 100% customer stratification guarantee is an eye washer and full fraud. Duplicates of premium brands are sold. Every order will have response, delivery , quality issues.. Even if you threaten to their call center to escalate to their CEO they dont respond. Moreover I have written to their CEOs office 3 times they are also sleeping. If we go anywhere on internet blogs.. 98 % percent buyers are claiming Tradus has cheated them.
I strongly appeal to you to investigate Fraud run by online shopping websites specially by Tradus and highlight to the world their fraud side.
Moreover, I am also going to write to all government agencies including Prime Minster's office , Cabinet ministry, Crime dept etc.. to investigate in details and regulate Online Shopping industry.
One E.g.
I had placed an order on 20th June ..after 4 days I started following for order status knowing their insensitive behavior . No one responding to my email except one confirmation that its been dispatched by BlueDart courier with AWB No: Blue Dart #47545530535. Today is 2nd..till date tracking details still not visible on Blurdart website. It says " Numbers Not Found - 47545530535" . I have written more than 25 time..absolutely no response. I always receive standard email stating " They are facing technical difficulty in responding and issue will be attended in 48 hrs" . Many 48 Hrs passed by ..there is no response. Moreover I am writing to their CEOs office and concerned sr. people.. they are too not responding . Shows culture of Tradus. Refer to the attached snapshots & trail email.
