Hey buddy I think eacn and every single internet service provider in bangalore are not good. But if you compare all the internet service providers then I think ACT Broadband is the best one. They are providing the ultimate high-end speed at a very nominal charges. I know you can say that I am biased... toward ACT Broadband. But trust me honestly I write my reviews only for good stuff. Ya I agree to some point that their services are not good but apart from this they are the best when it comes to providing ultimate high broadband speed.
My suggestion is that, you just wait for sometime if you are facing problem with your ACT Broadband connection. Now days, they are very much active on social media platforms. So you just post your query and I am sure they will be in touch with you ASAP.Read More

I don't think ACT Broadband is so bad. I have read almost all the reviews here about ACT Broadband and I have seen one thing common is that people are talking bad about ACT Broadband customer support. I want to tell you one thing clearly that there are many reason which most of the ACT ...Broadband users are not aware. People here are cribbing for the bad customer support but I have not seen anyone who can actually find out the main reasons behind the issue. Guys their customer care team is not bad they are very good as I have heard from all of my friends using ACT Broadband. The reasons which are responsible for spoiling their brand identity are:
1) Too much competition in Bangalore amongst all other Internet Service Providers. ACT Broadband's competitors definitely will not be able to digest the growth and success of ACT Broadband. Therefore, they start spreading rumors and negativity through all online platforms. And as we all know that online users follows the path of virality. So this happens when someone keeps on talking bad things online. It is better that we should try our self and then comment something on all these online platforms. This kind of negativity will obviously give the bad impact to the online active users.
2) We don't know anything about what pain they go through when their cable wires gets destroyed by their leading competitors. Each and every Internet Service Providers have to face this kind of obstacles on a daily basis. We can scream, shout and crib for no internet connection but we can't imagine the situation behind no internet connectivity.
3) I want to tell one more thing to all the users that please corporate with their customer care executives as they deals with hundreds and hundreds of complaints in a same day when above mentioned things takes place. After all, they are also human beings like us. So instead of all these, ACT Broadband provides really high speed compared to other ISPs in Bangalore.Read More

Hey Anup,
I have the same view as you have for ACT. I was using AIRTEL before but due to their pathetic service, I terminated my connection. Now I am planning to go for ACT Broadband. Thanks for posting your review. It really helped me in clarify my doubts regarding ACT Broadband.

Yupp the most pathetic broadband all over INDIA. If anybody looking for reliable, fastest and cheapest broadband connection then I would like to suggest you all ACT Broadband.
I have tried almost every broadband connection but all the Internet service providers are fraud. Look this is my perso...nal suggestion as I have faced lots of difficulties regarding broadband connection.
But finally after switching to ACT Broadband, I have not faced a single problem. The speed is ultimate. I stay in bangalore and I have not seen any ISP providing such an amazing speed. And not only this, When it comes to services, they are very organized.Read More

@Kenel_chennai I think you should think twice before going for AIRTEL. No doubt Aircel is worst when it comes to the point of speed and services. Same case I have face when I was having AIRTEL connection. I took AIRTEL connection 4 years back and still I was using but thankfully I switched to ACT Br...oadband. In 4 years I have face unlimited problems. First of all, the tariffs are not worth if you see from a viewpoint of the speed. Moreover, every month I had to pay 200 extra for no reason. I have complained about the same issue to customer care executives but they told me that my plan has been upgraded. Imagine without giving my any notification they have upgraded my plan.
So finally I have switched to ACT Broadband. Now I am very happy with my internet connection as they are very professional and have proper management system. I have never faced any problem from the day when I have taken ACT Broadband connection.
So if you are planning to change your broadband connection then I will suggest you that please think twice before going for AIRTEL.Read More

Seriously their services are worst compared to all other Internet Service Providers.
Thankfully, I got ACT Broadband connection. The best ISP in Bangalore. Not I don;t have any problem with my internet connection.
