People please suggest whether I should go for ACT Broadband or not. As I had a bad experience of having AIRTEL broadband, so I don’t want to face the same experience again. I have already gone through couple of reviews about ACT Broadband here but after reading I have mixed feelings about the brand. No doubt the speed is ultimate but people are talking about the poor service.
Look personally speaking, all most all of my friends are using ACT Broadband and they are very happy with the connection. I have not heard anything bad about the ACT Broadband connection from their mouths. Moreover, they told me that people in Bangalore have a misconception about ACT Broadband. According to their views, ACT Broadband is the only ISP in Bangalore who provides ultimate high-end speed compared to other ISP’s in Bangalore. So because of such a good service all other ISP’s are spoiling the brand by misleading the consumers via different modes of communication.
It is very obvious that all Internet service providers will not be able to digest their downfall. So I think that is the main reason people are so confused in selecting the right broadband connection. Nevertheless, I would love to hear from all of you before I go for ACT Broadband. Please reply with your thoughts. Thanks!
