Update : My internet was down after 1 and half months since the initial connection. I checked the wires and found that a wire in Ethernet connector was cut (may be because of my roommate). I called up ACT Helpline and he promised it will be resolved within 24 hours, which I didn't believe him in t...he first place. But the next day an ACT guy called up and asked whether I was home and the connection was up soon after that. Seriously I can't believe why people have written so many negative comments about ACT here. I think it's all some marketing strategies done by fake profiles by other ISP giants.Read More
