I am using Airtel broadband since three years but I have faced a lot of problems. No doubt the speed is good but every second month I faced frequent disconnection. First of all the customer care no. is not toll free. I have to recharge my mobile with some 150 bucks in order to call them. As you all know that they will keep your line on hold for 10 to 15 mins.
Moreover, they have never resolved my problem without troubling me for a week and so. Therefore, I had a bad experience in terms of Airtel services. I am planning to switch to ACT Broadband. As many of my friends are using ACT Broadband and they are very happy with their Internet connection. They have told me that ACT Broadband is the only ISP in Bangalore which is providing ultimate high speed at a very reasonable cost.
When I took Airtel connection, I had 999 plan and still the plan is same but don’t know every month the bill comes for more than 1100. So that’s why I am planning to go for ACT Broadband since for the same amount ACT Broadband is providing 15Mbps speed which is awesome.
