Absolutely pathetic!! I am just trying to get a new broadband connection and it has been 10 days since I made the application for the broadband on my landline. There has been no response from them, nobody picks up the damn phone when you call them at their exchange! Have tried multiple numbers to reach them, on two of such numbers some one picked and both the time they asked to call on another number without even being bothered. I even put an email to the Nodal officer of Kalyan division of the BSNL and it has now been two days, there is no response even from him.
This is the reason people do not trust any government provided service and these government employees do not want privatization just to enjoy the luxuries without working at all.
Pathetic!!!
