I have also under similar problems like you and facing more problems. The dealer always gives only one answer, that is no problem and all problems are my imagination. I should also had a narrow misses several times. For me, all of a sudden they replaced the handle bar charged it als...o. In your case, they have not. You are lucky to get your bike serviced properly. I have similar problem. The bike stops all of a sudden and starts automatically in motion. But in service center, if I go with any problem, I get only one reply from the service manager, that is no problem, even though mechanics say problem exists.

Another problem with mono suspension is that, you cannot add a side box to your bike, if needed.

I have drove more than 2500 KMs. The problems which I have been complaining from the day one of the delivery like the Bike is bumping, wobling, etc. are being accepted by the Honda service during the second service. Till end of first service they are maintaining as no problem with the bike and ...it is only my imagination. But now, they are quoting as I have not handled the bike properly and is the problem. Currently they have replaced the handle bar without consulting me and charged me for the same. When I asked them why, they have told me that I have requested to replace. When I rejected their claim, the relationship manager started raising his voice and asked me to complain to the Honda motors and he can handle them easily. But after changing the handle bar, the issue is not resolved and I am riding the bike with risk only. Now, I don't know how many parts they are going to change in the forth coming service and how much I am going to spent due to the fault of the dealers. But some mechanics pointed out to me that, there is a fork bend in my bike. Similar cases has been reported to me by the people came there for servicing their bikes/scooters.Read More
