Hi,
I have bought my Samsung grand duos almost a year back from Sageetha mobile. When I bought the mobile, Sangeetha mobiles promised me, when there is a fault within a week, they will exchange it. But the mobile started hanging from the day one I bought. I went to Sangeetha mobiles Chromepet, Chennai, where I bought.
They started talking and giving advice on how to use and not to install any android apps so it will work fine. Moreover, they started directing me to Samsung Mobile services instead of taking the responsibility.
The mobile had several features which are not functional as promised by Samsung and Sangeetha Mobiles:
1.Smart Stay - it works with one patch and does not work after another patch
2.Performance- Hangs almost twice a day without any reason. Need to take the battery out and put it back to restart since, the entire phone hangs and even the switch off button does not responds.
3.All of a sudden, for no reason, you are not able to hear people talking on the other side whereas they hear you talk. So need to restart. This happens very frequently.
4.Multi window feature works only for 3 or 4 screens. It is a feature to introduced to increase the cost of the mobile. No use.
5.Phone to computer does not connect properly. Most of the time, I get message, driver not found. It takes lot of days to connect the phone to the computer. So even to take a backup it is a difficult task.
6.We can configure the phone to disconnect the call using the power button. But many times, it does not work.
7..Samsung service does not provide the help as required. They don't give any explanation. They just say that, upgrading the phone or installing the phone will resolve the problem. But in reality it does not. Some times, it adds more problems.
Moreover, Sangeetha mobile promised me, the phone can connect to the O2G cable. In reality it does not. I am unable to test it at his place because I was not having the cable at the moment. So I have to believe and buy. Moreover, both Sangeetha mobiles as well as Samsung people talk to the customers as if all the customers are idiots and complete illiterates.
Think twice before buying any of the Samsung mobiles. Don't even think of buying any mobiles from Sangeetha mobiles at all.
