I have brought a honda unicorn bike( black ) 1 month back in the first week of sept.
After taking the delivery when I was riding the bike to fill the petrol I found slightly the handle bar was in bended condition.I went to the dealer regarding this issue on the next day but they told there is no problem in the bike. But I was not comfortable while riding and went again to dealer, they told it is a centring problem and corrected it. No way, there was no change.
Atlast I went and blasted them, then the head mechanic tested and told there is locking problem in the handle bar lock and repaired for one full day.
Thatsolve, now when I RIDE the vehicle in straight condition, the vehicle rides towards the left or right side of the road. Day before yesterday by Gods grace I escaped, because while riding nearly 50-60 km\hr suddenly the handle bar got locked in the left hand side and I was pushed towards the left side of the road and the vehicle behind me was about to thrash me.
Immediately I went to nearest mechanic in my locality, and with me he tested and told that the vehicle is having a fork bend and told to contact the dealer regarding this problem. I went to the dealer and gave for service again. I don't no what will happen !
I have made a complain to Honda motors but issue but there is no response from their.
I booked the vehicle waited for 3 months and got the delivery.
There is no care for Hondas customercare.
