DON'T BUY IT - I'd been using this microwave since 2004. But once something goes wrong, you've had it. I've already spent Rs 5,000 on this microwave oven repairs at their supposedly ''Authorized Service Center'' in Jaipur ''Raj Associates'' at Civil Lines Jaipur but the microwave has not been repair...ed properly and I've just decided to junk it-not to throw good money after bad money. In fact I'll go as far as saying that the National Panasonic brand service centers are pathetic in their service and therefore one should NOT buy National product, particularly which are not officially sold in India. In that sense, I totally support anandmaxew's views in this regard-Ravi Goenka, Jaipur, Tel: 0141-4022996Read More

Dear Stallion, if you read through all the various reviews, you'll find others too who have had some problem or the other. FYI, the first models of Toyota were inflicted with this problem of the 'CATALYTIC CONVERTER' as it was a manufacturing defect in almost all the vehicles. However, the company c...hose to wait it out for the customers to come to them rather than have the morality to come out with a recall to rectify the problem. You continue swearing by it, but it'll not change the facts. MOST (happy) v/s SOME (unhappy) is no justification for not rectifying the problem. Let's hope you never face such problems, but if God forbid you do, then you'll also change colours and perhaps become even MORE vocal than me, for only the SUFFERERS SUFFER, the sideline watchers ENJOY others suffering, and this seems to be your problemRead More

I bought the top end Innova V in 2005. Having been an NRI for 18 yrs and having had huge experience in driving all kinds of cars around the world, I had thought that Toyota Innova would be a good car, but am now thoroughly disillusioned by not only the car but also Toyota's indifferent attitude to q...uality and callous approach towards customers’ problems. The car has started emitting thick black smoke just after 15,000 kms, couldn't climb upto the Zoo at Nainital and the engine heated up and froze. Gives only 8-9kms with AC in city & 10-11 kms on highway, the engine seems to strain & vibrate on the highway at 100 kms/hr. The real test of a company’s product is the company’s attitude when there’s a problem detected. A product is only as good as its after sales service and commitment to customer satisfaction, in which I’m afraid Toyota is sadly lacking too. I also have a Scorpio, and I must say that Scorpio is a much better car in ALL respects than Innova, except perhaps some fancy safety features. Must mention that recently, Toyota had to recall about 3 million cars worldwide due to pressure from the US Govt regarding some defects. My suggestion - DON'T buy Toyota-Goenka, Jaipur, Mob: 9214668292, Email: gama@goenkaacademy.inRead More
