We are a proud owner of Innova G4 model which we got delivered in september 2007. Till now we are satisfied with the overall performance of the vehicle.....
Recently when our vehicle got serviced there are set of bolts which are replaced as per the instructinos from the factory it. ( We got a call from toyota to bring our vehicle for changing these bolts - there is some defect on the innova vehicles manufactured between april 2007 to october 2007) . Two days back there was a news from my cousin stating this was shown in NDTV too...
I would like to confirm this with the innova owners whether this information is true or not.. I have not contacted regarding this to Toyota yet.. I need to confirm with the owners first before getting in touch with toyota..
Another defect is: There is a rubbery smell coming inside the cabin which is normal among new cars which goes away during some time period which still persists after 5 months of usage. Does any one else face this same problem? Not sure?
