I give up! After my post, they finally shipped the cartridge, but guess what, they sent a broken piece, or probably broken in transit because it was not packaged at all. Giving up now, can't afford to waste time on this.

Ok, so here is an update. Groupon finally took the return and provided me a credit for future purchase of same or higher value. Not sure if the trigger was my emails or my reviews but at least it ended well. Hopefully i will be able to use the credit for something better from them.

Well said! Precisely to the point. I will add point number 5) They have 'customer scare' instead of customer care. I had a funny experience when i went there just to check out the price of samsung j600. I had already checked its price on the web and was in a hurry so just wanted to pick it up quic...kly and go home. Downgraded it to 4*. Actually I had given a 5* because I was comparing it with a Ford Focus that I had in the US, its steering was awfully stickly and the turn-indicator switch had blown away just because I used it!

Sorry for being too techy here... actually i want to know if the handset is a CDMA unit in itself or is it that only the charging station is a CDMA unit while the handset is a normal cordless that cannot function independent of the charging station.

Hi Rohit, Does the cordless set communicate directly with reliance or does it go through the charging station. Since you wrote that the internet USB cable has to be connected to the charging station and not the handset i believe the handset cannot go too far from the charging station. Am I right?

What makes you think that Deccan Chronicle is a big brand?? They are just a bunch of journalists who believe that they can fool around with the public. I faced exactly the same problem and have called the deccan chronicle office tens of times, everytime they say the paper will come from tomorrow but... it never appears. Given that my house is hardly a couple of miles from their head-office I fail to believe how they are unable to control the middlemen who must be in close proximity too.
