True, Spicejet 777 offer is fake. Spicejet did not gave genuine offer, they want to sell tickets as minimum as possible, so offered only 77minutes. Hi, You are right. I was behind GE money guys since 2 months regarding a home loan for a flat. Around 40 flats are there in that apartment and almost all are occupied. As iam working in GE these guys offered me less interest. But till now nothing is moved. Initially I approached GE money for a flat... for that i paid processing fee also, but these guys delayed the process, in mean while I changed my property because of vastu problem. But for the second flat also they responded and promised to close the case in 1 week as almost all flats are occupied. Almost one month over, I have to call these guys every time for update. Yes, Even though 4 months over, I still remember that day. These people are so clever, they will ask you to come with your wife. If you go alone you can always say that 'i want to speak with my wife' . Even you can calculate how much interst you may pay in the first year. If It is 9% interest (6lakhs * 0.09) Rs54000 will be the interest in first year.But the interest will calculated on reducing balance it may come little less.So the pricniple you repay will be very less for the first year.Slowly... it increases in coming years.
