I was disappointed in this review. Was expecting a movie review, but turned out to be something else

Sounds like a good movie. Its nice to see that the flashback is not depicted in B&W. Maybe its because the past is more colorful than the drab present :-)

Andrew Symonds has put forth a statement that seeing the Indians celebrate like this made the entire Aussie team determined to do well in the forthcoming series. This apart, the whole celebration thing reeks of desperation that we have FINALLY won. Not something that I would be proud of.

In Harihar Nagar => MGR Nagaril (in tamil) => Dhol... What kind of creative fulfilment is Priyadarshan getting by doing such 'me-too' movies?

whether the book was wicked or not, your review was wickedly funny. Drive a silver cross through the heart (does it have one?) of the book and all shud be fine.

I opposed this project on purely environmental grounds. The area in question is a delicate ecosystem and this project will definitely harm it. Coming to the religious aspect - Well, let the government not intervene in this matter. It is not for the govt to decide whether the ram sethu was built b...y Rama or if there was a person such as Rama. This religious issue is not even of peripheral interest to the main issue - namely the ecology destruction.Read More

many malayalam movies made around this time had a very 'bold' premise. It definitely was a very exciting phase

excellent review. I love this genre and very few directors seem to be able to make horror without making us laugh :p

Any organisation big or small, has to adapt itself to change. This is true even for organised religion or politics. Anyways when people point out to me that Kerala is a model state (high literacy and other social indices...) I always point out that we also have the highest suicide rate in India.... Strange paradox isnt it.. Enough of morbid thots :-)Read More

Excellent review. Makes me all the more eager to see this movie. Does the Chinese girl talk in malayalam in the movie or english/chinese? Communism to me represent failed dreams, atleast as a Keralite forced to work/live outside Kerala for the second generation due to lack of steady opportunities....Read More

awesome man :-) Havent we faced all of this. Also when you are trying to take a photo of a distant (but pretty) girl who is running away from you(no wonder), it may make sense to lightly press the cameras button for some time, so that the shutter adjusts to the necessary level before taking the snap.... And ofcourse run like hell before the girl comes to snap you in two.Read More

Yeah, thats what I thought too. I mean, he has spent years with satire on B-grade movies and he himself comes up with an uninspired movie

Ava/Smitha, Its not always good to judge a movie based on its promos. But in this case, you have it spot on.

Ratnakar, Ha ha ' Papa feeds daughter' club :-) Yeah, I am a Vidya Balan fan and I thot she was great in certain scenes. I think she dances quite well in a few songs too. But again, in some other scenes she was a bit lifeless

Ips/Aruna, It might be interesting if the drama content was less in this movie. Infact to begin with, the movie was fun, but the moment they got the mother sentiment and the jilted girl into the picture, all the fun was lost
