Agree with you that private insurance companies are a pain. You say the standard exclusions were not mentioned in the soft copy. Did it ever occur to you, my friend, that 'technical difficulties' and 'mischarging' always favour the company rather than the customer? One never hears of any App charging a customer less than what is stated. So, get wise, these companies and their Apps are there to fool the public ...and make a fast buck. And don't get influenced by glossy advertisements, remember Nirma. That is where they burn the bucks only to retrieve them from unsuspecting buyers. Anyway, advertisement is 85% confusion and 15% commission. Whichever way it is, the customer loses. It's better to go to a mall and buy, at least you will be happy as 'What You See is What You Get'.Read More
